Participate in the complete delivery lifecycle from design to deployment. Ensure alignment with architecture guidelines, coding standards, and best practices. Develop and debug technical components independently. Translate D365 processes and functionality into accurate technical logic. Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables. Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines. Support the testing team with issue analysis, quick fixes, and timely closure. Work closely with integration, migration, and testing teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for features, changes, and deployments. Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization. Ensure on-time delivery of development tasks with complete ownership. Mandatory SkillsStrong experience in D365 Configuration. Hands-on experience with D365 Customizations, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and JavaScript. Experience with Unit Testing. Strong D365 functional knowledge across: Sales Customer Service Field Service Customer Insights Experience with Power Automate Flows and Power Apps Development. Experience with Solution Management, Deployment, and Release Management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good to HaveExperience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus. Data migration experience. Knowledge of Azure integrations.
