D365 CRM Solution Architect

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Expert with 10+ years of experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, customization, configuration, and system integration, combined with development skills using .NET, JavaScript, and AngularJS. This role requires a proven track record of technical leadership, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to take full ownership of solutions from design through deployment.Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and integrations across multiple business domains.Manage and deliver solutions and strategic business projects, coordinating across multiple Agile squads.Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather, groom, and assess requirements.Work closely with QA, UAT, and Regression teams to support testing phases and ensure timely defect resolution.Support production operations, including handovers and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.Mentor junior team members, resolve technical issues, and deliver platform/domain training sessions.Design and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and web resources within Dynamics 365 CRM.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and middleware using REST APIs, SOAP and WCF.Build and maintain the applications using C#, .NET, AngularJS and JavaScript.Design performance dashboards, custom order journeys, and role-based access solutions to support business operations.Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning) to ensure high-quality, iterative delivery.Required Skills & Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ONPREMStrong hands-on experience with Configuration, Customization, Form Scripting, Plugin Development, Workflows, Web Resources, Business Rules, Security Roles, Entity Relationships, Custom Entities, JavaScript API, XRM SDK, and FetchXML.Languages & FrameworksProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, jQuery, SQL, XML and JSON.
