D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Job SummaryWe are urgently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM solutions. The candidate must be an Arabic speaker and have some experience with Dynamics DCC. Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama will be preferred due to the urgent hiring requirement.ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing CRM support and maintenance.Work with business stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve user experience.Utilize Dynamics DCC experience to support relevant business requirements and processes.Assist with system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.Must be an Arabic speaker.Must have some experience with Dynamics DCC.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Currently residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama.Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are strongly preferred.
