As part of our growth strategy, we are investing in AI-enabled business solutions and next-generation customer experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Functional Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and a strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions. This role combines solution architecture, business consulting, innovation, and pre-sales support to help customers unlock maximum value from their digital transformation investments.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DeliveryLead end-to-end solution architecture for D365 F&O implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and design workshops.Define scalable and best-practice solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.Provide governance, risk management, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.Mentor consultants and support capability development within the Dynamics practice.AI & InnovationIdentify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services within D365 F&O solutions.Drive AI-led business transformation initiatives and process automation opportunities.Collaborate with technical architects to design intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions.Pre-Sales & Business DevelopmentSupport sales and account teams in customer pursuits and strategic opportunities.Lead discovery workshops, customer presentations, and solution discussions.Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution architecture, and proposal development.Develop business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers during the sales cycle.Required Skills & Experience15+ years of overall ERP consulting experience.10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end global implementation and support engagements.Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:FinanceSupply Chain ManagementManufacturingAdvanced Warehouse ManagementProcurement & SourcingProject OperationsStrong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.Experience working with global customers and distributed delivery teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Preferred CertificationsMB-700: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution ArchitectMB-300, MB-310, MB-330, MB-335AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI FundamentalsPL-900: Microsoft Power Platform FundamentalsAB100 certification or equivalent Azure certification is an added advantageAgile/Scrum certification is preferredKey CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & Problem SolvingEnterprise Solution ArchitectureBusiness Process TransformationCustomer Advisory & Stakeholder ManagementPre-Sales & SolutioningLeadership & MentoringAI & Innovation Mindset
