D365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, combining functional business knowledge with technical development capabilities. Experience in Retail and Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis between business processes and system capabilities.
• Provide functional consultancy across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail & Commerce.
• Customize D365 F&O using X++, including forms, tables, classes, workflows, extensions, and event handlers.
• Develop and manage integrations using DMF, REST APIs, Azure services, and D365 F&O.
• Manage source control, code deployment, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Support the complete SDLC, preferably within an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports.
• Work with Power BI from requirements and data modeling through report development and integration with D365 F&O.
• Support Retail POS functionality, including pricing, promotions, discounts, gift cards, and data synchronization between D365 F&O and POS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Follow Microsoft best practices for D365 F&O development and customization.Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 5–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX.
• Strong hands-on experience with X++ and Visual Studio.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps and LCS.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with Retail & Commerce is highly preferred.
• Experience in Retail and/or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, integrations, and deployment.
• Experience with DMF, REST APIs, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both functional and technical areas.Preferred
• Experience with D365 Retail POS SDK.
• Experience working with large-scale retail or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of RACI matrices and resource allocation.
