D365 Functional Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEWSeedcom Group is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as the core enterprise system across its business units (BUs), covering Retail and Finance. The D365 Functional Consultant will work directly with BUs to analyze business requirements, configure the system, and ensure that D365 solutions meet actual business needs. The role will also act as a bridge between the BUs and the Technical Development team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct business requirement analysis, with a primary focus on Finance processes; scope may also extend to Production, WMS, and TMS depending on the project, and translate requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD).Configure relevant D365 F&O / Business Central modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting, in line with approved designs and business requirements.Collaborate with the Technical Development team when standard configuration does not meet business requirements and customization or system integration is required.Prepare test scenarios, coordinate and closely support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with BUs, resolve identified gaps, and ensure business sign-off before go-live.Develop user guides, conduct end-user training, and provide hands-on support during go-live and the hypercare period.Participate in business analysis for projects involving integrations between D365 and other operational systems, including WMS, TMS, and Production/MES systems.REQUIREMENTSMust-haveAt least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central or AX in a Functional Consultant role, with participation in at least 1-2 full-cycle projects from blueprint/design through go-live.Strong understanding of Finance business processes, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.Strong business analysis skills, with experience in writing Functional Design Documents (FDD) and designing/coordinating UAT.Strong communication and end-user training skills, with the ability to work directly with multiple functions, including Finance, Operations, and IT.Nice-to-haveUnderstanding of operational processes such as Production/Manufacturing, WMS (Warehouse Management System), or TMS (Transportation Management System).Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, or equivalent.Experience working in Retail, FMCG, or multi-BU Supply Chain environments.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensation based on experience and capabilities, with project performance incentives.Opportunity to work directly on a Group-wide ERP transformation program and gain exposure to diverse business processes across Finance, Operations, WMS, and TMS.Social insurance, health insurance, annual leave, and other benefits in accordance with Seedcom Group policies.
