Projects are driven by integrity, ethical business practices, and visionary architectural approaches that contribute to local and global progress.Role Description The D365 Techno Functional Consultant is a part-time / contract hybrid role based in Riyadh / remotly, with flexibility for partial work from home. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and real estate and investment processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business stakeholders to map and optimize processes, customizing and integrating D365 modules, preparing functional and technical documentation, and supporting testing and deployment activities. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, providing end-user training, and coordinating with IT and external vendors to maintain system performance and continuous improvement. The consultant will contribute to strategic initiatives by recommending enhancements that support operational efficiency, financial transparency, and informed decision-making.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess system performance, and propose data-driven solutions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts in business terms, and document requirements clearly.Candidates should possess solid Business Process understanding, including experience mapping, optimizing, and automating workflows within ERP or D365 environments.Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that align with organizational strategy.Candidates should possess Finance-related knowledge, preferably in real estate, investment, or property management accounting, and how these translate into D365 modules.Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or related D365 applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations.Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools to support data analysis and management reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Professional certifications in D365 or Microsoft technologies are an advantage.
