Our portfolio strikes a balance between high-velocity IAA/IAP models and deep-tech platforms that demand intensive performance optimizationAbout this opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and own platforms that power large-scale products, payment systems, and data infrastructure supporting business decision-making.You will have real ownership: you will be empowered to choose the architecture and technologies for the systems you own, while taking products directly to production and ensuring their stability and reliability. We operate with a lean management structure and a fast execution pace, where your decisions quickly translate into real-world impact.With this level of ownership comes a high-intensity working environment. These are systems that cannot afford to go down: there will be product launches, incidents that require immediate attention, and system owners who are expected to take responsibility from start to finish.
