Natures Livestock Ltd is looking for Dairy Farm ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityNature's Livestock Limited is looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day cattle management, farm sanitation, milk production operations, and staff management at our farm facility.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily dairy farm operations, including feeding, watering, milking, cleaning, and general cattle care.Monitor cattle health, nutrition, breeding, growth, and milk yield; report any health issues to the Farm Manager.Ensure proper milking procedures, hygienic milk handling, storage, and quality control standards.Supervise farm workers, assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure operational efficiency.Maintain complete farm records regarding milk production, feed consumption, breeding, vaccination, medication, and cattle mortality.Coordinate with veterinarians on vaccination, deworming, biosecurity, and disease prevention.Monitor feed, supplies, and equipment stock levels to minimize wastage.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and yield reports for management.Educational RequirementsDiploma in Livestock in Animal HusbandryBachelor of Science (Pass) in Animal HusbandryBachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal HusbandrySkills Required: animal husbandry, Reporting and Documentation, Livestock Management, Animal Health, Dairy Farm Management, Agrculture and livestock, livestock nutritionExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl.
