Dairy Mixing Operator

Core Purpose of Job:Under direct Supervision from the Team Leader, this is a full-time on-site role for a mixing Operator at Arla located in Riyadh. The mixing Operator will be responsible for mix materials or ingredients used for production processes or manually mix ingredients. Loads materials into mixing equipment and ensures results comply with specified batch requirements. Documents operational information as required. Additionally, Mixer cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements.Key Result Areas:Operate and control mixing equipment to blend raw materialsFollow production schedules to ensure timely completion of ordersInspect machinery and equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or defectsMonitor ingredient levels and adjust as needed to maintain quality standardsAdhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Record production data and maintain accurate inventory recordsClosely follow recipes and formulas to ensure consistency and quality of productsCollaborate with production team members to ensure efficient and effective operations Requirements : Minimum of (3) years previous experience as a mixer operator ability to read and follow recipes and batch tickets accuratelyable to stand for extended periods of timeexcellent attention to detailstrong communication and teamwork skillsavailability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to operate and understand equipmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam Leader satisfaction
