Capital Dance Center provides an inclusive environment where learners at different levels can pursue their dance goals and make their dance dreams come true.Role Description The Dance Instructor will deliver engaging ballroom dance classes to individuals and groups, including adults and children, in an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position involves planning and teaching structured lessons, demonstrating techniques, and providing clear, constructive feedback to support learners at various skill levels. The instructor will create age-appropriate choreography, prepare students for performances or events, and promote a positive and inclusive studio environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with class scheduling, participating in studio events, maintaining a safe and tidy practice space, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience.Qualifications Strong skills in Dance Instruction and Dance Education, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to different ages and levels.Proficiency in Teaching and classroom management, including clear communication and positive motivation techniques.Technical competency in Ballroom Dance and related styles, with confident demonstration and performance abilities.Understanding of Music, rhythm, and musicality to support accurate timing, phrasing, and choreography.Previous experience teaching in a studio, school, or community setting is preferred.Ability to work on-site full time in Abu Dhabi, including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a welcoming and inclusive approach to learners of all backgrounds.Relevant certifications or formal dance training are a plus; first aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
