Dance Instructor

Five-0-Five | House of Dance is looking for a Dance Instructor to lead our kids' batches (varied ages & skill levels) across our Gurgaon locations. We run established batches as well as private sessions across premium condominiums and schools in Gurgaon.This is a paid, committed role. We're not only after years of experience. We want someone with a real foundation in dance who's serious about teaching and ready to grow into it, with a team that backs you along the way.How the role works:

• You'll teach on a fixed weekly schedule (for example, Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu), decided in advance so you can plan your life around it
• Within that schedule, we count on you to be reliable. Our students count on classes happening as promised
• Your mornings are yours, to train or work on your craft, unless you've been chosen for a project like a school production (always a planned, mutual decision, never a surprise)
• As you grow with us and your batches thrive, your days and opportunities can grow too, always discussed and decided togetherIf you want to train in the mornings and teach in the evenings, this fits well.What you'll do:
• Lead your own batches, start to finish
• Learn our curriculum and teaching approach, then build class plans that combine our system with your own ideas and experience
• Prep kids for performances and showcases
• Help grow batches as we expandWhat we're looking for:
• A strong foundation in at least one core form, comfortable teaching others (creative movement and jazz are a big plus)
• Some experience teaching or working with children preferred
• Reliable, clear-thinking, and able to run a room independently
• Open to learning a structured curriculum and applying it thoughtfully
• A team player who genuinely wants to grow as a teacher
• Based in Gurgaon (candidates near Golf Course Road/Golf Course Extension road preferred for scheduling)What you get:
