Head of Dance - Melodica, DubaiMelodica, the largest network of music and dance schools in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Head of Dance to lead our team of dance professionals across our growing network of branches in Dubai.This is a leadership role for someone passionate about shaping the next generation of dancers - combining hands-on teaching excellence with strategic vision, mentorship, and program development.What you'll do:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dance teachers, driving high standards in teaching and student achievementOwn the RAD examination process - training, scheduling, and liaising directly with international examination boardsShape and evolve the dance syllabus and curriculum across MelodicaRepresent Melodica at events, performances, and as the face of our dance programPartner closely with the Head of Education and senior leadership on strategy, training, and school developmentWhat we're looking for:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related fieldMandatory teaching and supervisory or management experience within a school environmentStrong knowledge of RAD examination boardsPrevious work experience in the UAE or Middle EastFluent English (spoken and written)Confident, approachable leadership style with a genuine passion for developing both teachers and studentsIf you're ready to bring vision, leadership, and artistry to one of the region's leading dance education teams, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now - send your CV to alina.v@melodica.ae
