Awards ConventionT.O.P. Awards Convention is a growing dance competition and convention platform creating meaningful performance, education, and industry opportunities for dancers, studios, teachers, and the performing arts community.As we expand our studio network and event participation, we are looking for a Dance Studio Partnership & Registration Manager to help grow studio participation and drive competition registrations.The RoleYou will be responsible for directly contacting dance studio owners and directors through cold calling, email, social media, and follow-up outreach, introducing T.O.P. Awards, building relationships, and converting qualified leads into paying registrations.This is not a pure marketing or social media position. Success in this role will be measured by outreach activity, lead development, conversions, and registration results.Our preference is for someone who already understands the dance competition, dance convention, dance studio, or performing arts industry and knows how studio owners make registration decisions. However, candidates with a strong sales background and a proven ability to cold call, build relationships, and close leads are also highly encouraged to apply.You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategies that attract dance studios, strengthen industry relationships, and turn studio interest into measurable participation and registrations.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to dance studio owners, directors, and other prospective clientsContact prospective studios through phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other direct outreach channelsIntroduce T.O.P. Awards Convention and clearly communicate our programs, events, and studio opportunitiesTurn qualified studio leads into actual registrations and salesBuild and manage a consistent studio sales pipelineFollow up persistently and professionally with interested and prospective studiosBuild long-term relationships with studio owners, directors, teachers, and performing arts organizationsIdentify new studio leads and potential marketsDevelop referral, partnership, and registration growth strategiesTrack calls, outreach, follow-ups, conversions, registrations, and sales resultsReport on weekly sales activity and registration performanceSupport future partnership opportunities between T.O.P. Awards Convention and ArtiBase Talent BankPreferred ExperienceWe are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:Dance competitions or dance conventionsDance studios or performing arts organizationsCompetition registration or studio enrollmentSales or business developmentCold calling and outbound salesLead generation and conversionCustomer acquisitionClient relationship managementPartnership developmentDance industry experience is strongly preferred, especially candidates who already understand the dance studio and competition market or have existing studio relationships.However, strong sales experience can substitute for direct dance industry experience.
