Mr. Lebannahas also offered voluntary services and charity work for charity organisations and NGOs.Tribal Administration departments, the youth, the needy and the elderly.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Dancers based in Gaborone, with some work-from-home responsibilities such as planning, rehearsing choreography, and collaborating virtually with the creative team. Day-to-day tasks include participating in rehearsals, performing in live shows and recorded productions, and working closely with choreographers and instructors to refine technique and stage presence. Dancers will support the creation and execution of new pieces, learn and adapt to different dance styles, and contribute to artistic concept development. The role also involves maintaining peak physical condition, attending workshops and training sessions, and upholding professional standards during performances, community events, and outreach activities.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong performance skills in Dance and Ballet, with the ability to learn and execute various styles and techniques.Candidates should possess skills in Choreography and Dance Instruction to support the creation of new works and guide group or solo pieces.Candidates should possess an understanding of Music as it relates to rhythm, timing, and expression in dance performance.Candidates should possess excellent physical fitness, stamina, and flexibility, with a commitment to regular practice and injury prevention.Candidates should possess strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse performers and creative staff.Previous experience performing on stage or in professional productions is highly beneficial; formal dance training or certification is an advantage.Ability to follow direction, adapt quickly to new choreography, and maintain a professional attitude in rehearsals and performances.
