You'll work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and traditional machine learning techniques to solve real-world business challenges. What You'll Be DoingData Engineering with modern data platformsBuilding, testing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutionsDeveloping GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflowsDelivering end-to-end data science activities including feature engineering, model training, and evaluationWriting clean, maintainable, production-focused Python codeSupporting model evaluation, monitoring, and optimisationCollaborating with clients and project teams to deliver tangible business outcomesWhat We're Looking ForEssential2-5years experience in Data EngineeringStrong Python and SQL development experienceUnderstanding of machine learning and data science fundamentalsExposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAGUnderstanding of AI Agent frameworks and orchestration approachesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCollaborative mindset with a passion for learning and innovation DesirableExperience with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI platformsExposure to MLOps and LLMOps practicesConsulting or client-facing delivery experience
