Data & AI - Business Unit Manager

🌟 Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Data & AI Business Unit Manager to lead the technical strategy and go-to-market execution of our Data & AI portfolio. This leadership role combines technical ownership, customer engagement, partner collaboration, pipeline development, and team management.🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 Own the technical direction and positioning of the Data & AI portfolio.🔹 Lead customer discovery, solution positioning, and technical engagements.🔹 Drive joint account planning with key partners and sales teams.🔹 Build and accelerate pipeline alongside reseller sales teams.🔹 Lead customer demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).🔹 Manage and develop a team of technical specialists.🔹 Support strategic opportunities and Data & AI transformation initiatives.💼 Experience & Qualifications✅ 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology with strong exposure to Data & AI.✅ Proven background in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Business Development.✅ Strong knowledge of enterprise data technologies, including:📊 Data Management🔄 Data Integration🛡️ Data Governance🌐 Data Virtualization📈 Analytics🤖 Data Science, Machine Learning & AI✅ Experience with enterprise-grade data platforms and modern data architectures, including:☁️ Cloud & Hybrid Environments🗄️ Data Lakes🏢 Data Warehouses🌊 Lakehouse Architectures✅ Familiarity with leading technology ecosystems across:🔗 Data Integration & Management🌐 Data Virtualization📊 Analytics🤖 Data Science & AI Platforms✅ Strong customer-facing skills with experience delivering:🎤 Technical Presentations💻 Customer Demos🛠️ Workshops✅ Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs)✅ Experience working with Partners, Resellers, System Integrators, and Technology Vendors.✅ Proven ability to lead and develop Technical or Pre-Sales Teams.📩 Ready to make an impact?Send your CV to Alaa_yasser@prosoft.com.eg
