What you are going to doAs a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will work with our Data Scientists, Data Engineers and other consultants at Sia, on various client projects in multidisciplinary teams. You will use your analytical mindset and data skills to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include:Work closely with Sia consultants on assignments with an analytical challenge Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting and explaining insights from dataDevelop statistical and analytical methods to solve specific operational problemsEnsure that the deep insights generated from advanced analytics translate into business impactPresent results and conduct workshops at customer sitesWho you areYou want to make business impact, not only by doing data analysis, but also by making recommendations through inspiring presentationsYou have the ability to adapt quickly and work across different business areas within a challenging environmentYou have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentYou have excellent communication skills and can present complex concepts in a synthetic wayYou have a good track record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting. QualificationsWhat you needCompleted WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field of study.You are a young graduate or already have several years of experience in a similar position.Good skills in Python and at least one other analytical language (e.g. R, SQL) Experience with data visualization and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques or optimization is a strong plusFluent in English and Dutch, both written and oral.
