Company: MotoArkABOUT MOTOARKMotoArk is an AI-driven automotive spare parts marketplace with a European presence in Munich, Germany, currently expanding its commercial operations in the UAE.We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Data & Systems Operations Manager to own the data, parts catalogue, CRM and cloud infrastructure that power the MotoArk platform, working closely with our CTO and COO.THE ROLEThis is a hands-on role combining data operations, catalogue management, CRM administration and cloud infrastructure management.You will make sure MotoArk has a market-leading parts catalogue across our territories, keep our Azure environments secure and high performing, and ensure our Zoho CRM and finance systems run smoothly, so that buyers, sellers and internal teams can rely on clean data and stable systems every day.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Manage APIs and data ingestion across MotoArk platforms, databases and partners.· Run routine scrapes and data enrichment activities to build a leading parts catalogue across our territories of operation.· Maintain the accuracy of the MotoArk parts catalogue, including admin verification and review of manual seller parts submissions before they go live as listings.· Own and maintain MotoArk's Azure environments, including performance, speed, server efficiency, security, access management and OTPs.· Manage all CRM workflows, templates and datasets within Zoho CRM.· Manage the configuration and performance of Zoho One finance modules.· Proactively identify and resolve data, catalogue and system performance issues across MotoArk.· Manage vendor relationships and configuration work relating to data, CRM, cloud and catalogue.· Support buyer and seller support tickets via the MotoArk admin portal.· Monitor and report on catalogue coverage, data quality and system health to the CTO and COO.· Maintain clear documentation of data flows, integrations, configurations and access controls.· Work with the CTO and COO to keep buyers well supported and the data operation clean, high performing and free of issues and bugs.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR· Experience in data operations, data engineering, systems administration or a similar technical operations role.· Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, data pipelines and web scraping tools.· Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or a similar scripting language.· Practical experience administering Microsoft Azure, including monitoring, security and access management.· Experience configuring Zoho CRM and Zoho One; Zoho Books or other Zoho finance experience is a strong advantage.· Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality.· Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.· Confident managing vendors and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.· UAE experience is preferred.· Automotive parts data experience (e.g.
OEM part numbers, cross-references or vehicle fitment data) is a strong advantage.· Marketplace, e-commerce or technology experience is an advantage but not essential.LANGUAGES· Strong written and spoken English is required.· Arabic is desirable.WORKING MODELMotoArk operates a hybrid and flexible working model, including working from home where appropriate and reasonable flexibility in working hours.The role also requires availability for UAE office attendance and team meetings, along with reasonable flexibility to respond to critical system or data issues when needed.
