Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Engineer to transform data into meaningful insights and build reliable data solutions that support business operations and decision-making. This role combines analytical thinking, data processing, data infrastructure, and technical problem-solving to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and useful.The Data Analyst will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models while working closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and communicate data-driven findings clearly.The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data processing systems that support analytics and reporting. You will integrate data from different sources, optimize data workflows, improve data quality, and help ensure that data is securely processed and available for users and applications.Both roles require strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an understanding of data management principles. You will contribute to data quality initiatives, documentation, automation, performance improvements, and continuous optimization while supporting the organization in making informed, data-driven decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of data analysis, data processing, data management, and database concepts.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar.Ability to collect, clean, transform, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data.Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and data modeling concepts.Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data integration, and workflow automation.Ability to create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical presentations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.Understanding of data quality, governance, security, and integrity principles.Familiarity with cloud data platforms, distributed data processing, or big data technologies is an advantage.Ability to investigate data issues, identify patterns, and provide practical data-driven recommendations.Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Good communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.Proactive mindset with an interest in emerging data technologies, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement.
