Dear Candidate,Position Title: Data Analysis & MIS ExecutiveLocation: MumbaiRole PurposeThe Data Analysis & MIS Executive will drive data-based decision making across Production, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance. The role will design dashboards, generate actionable insights and enable leaders and functional heads with timely, accurate and meaningful management information.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean and consolidate data from Production, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance functions.Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports and executive scorecards for Top Management and Functional Heads.Track key operational and business KPIs such as productivity, OTIF, TAT, cost, revenue, margins and customer metrics.Provide analytical insights to Production In-charge and Functional Heads to improve planning, efficiency, quality and delivery performance.Identify trends, gaps and risks in business performance and recommend data-backed improvement actions.Support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with structured data packs and presentations.Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across reports and dashboards.Automate routine MIS reporting wherever possible to improve turnaround time and reliability.Work closely with IT and functional teams for data integration and system improvements.Key DeliverablesFunction wise dashboards and management scorecardsDaily, weekly and monthly MIS reportsPerformance trend analysis and insight notes for leadershipData packs for business reviews and strategic discussionsSkills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh comfort with data interpretation and storytelling for business usersAbility to translate numbers into actionable insightsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDetail oriented with a structured and process driven approachTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPointBI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferredWorking knowledge of ERP, MIS or HRIS systems is an added advantageBasic understanding of manufacturing and operations metrics will be a plusEducation and ExperienceGraduate or Post Graduate in Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Management or related fields3 to 6 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics or Data Analysis roles, preferably in manufacturing or operations driven environmentsWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleLeadership receives timely, accurate and insight rich dashboardsFunctional heads take faster, better decisions based on dataClear visibility of performance across Production, Marketing, Customer Service and FinanceImproved predictability of outcomes through structured MIS and analyticsDEI StatementKama Jewelry is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
