Location: Abu DhabiDuration: yearly renewable contractSummaryWe are seeking a Digital Performance Management Specialist to support digital performance management activities across government digital programs. The role will focus on collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting performance data while maintaining KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance measurement frameworksResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of digital performance measurement frameworks and KPI tracking processes.Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Prepare and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, analytical reports, and periodic performance reports.Analyze digital program performance to identify gaps, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.Maintain and update performance measurement systems in accordance with approved templates, governance standards, and reporting cycles.Coordinate with digital domain teams to collect performance inputs and follow up on updates and corrective actions.Prepare presentations, performance reviews, and executive summaries for leadership and cross-functional meetings.Support the automation and enhancement of reporting processes using data management and visualization tools.Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of performance measurement methodologies and reporting frameworks.Support the standardization of reporting practices and knowledge sharing across digital programs.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, government entities, relevant international organizations, and service providersRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of professional experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.Experience in performance management, data analysis, or reporting
