Team members work with global data and stakeholders, contributing to more transparent and accessible healthcare choices.Role Description The Data Analysis Trainee Traineeship is a remote role focused on supporting data-driven decision-making for healthcare and partner provider projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data sets, performing basic statistical analysis, and assisting in the development of data models. The trainee will help create reports, visualizations, and presentations that communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. The role will also involve documenting analysis processes, collaborating with senior analysts, and learning best practices in healthcare data analytics.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational knowledge of Data Analytics.Candidates should possess understanding of Statistics and basic proficiency in Data Modeling.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau) is beneficial.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail is expected.
