On a day-to-day basis, the trainee will assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational data from various sources. The role involves performing basic statistical analysis, building simple data models, and generating clear reports and visualizations under guidance from senior analysts. The trainee will collaborate with team members to interpret findings, document methodologies, and present insights in an understandable format. This internship is designed to help build practical data analytics skills in a professional, globally oriented healthcare environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and basic Data Modeling concepts.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for sharing data insights.Familiarity with spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) and introductory experience with analytics software or programming (such as SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail when handling data is expected.
