Data Analyst & ML - MNC Perm role

They are looking for a Data Analyst with Machine Learning and BI experience to join a growing data team and contribute to a global project built from the ground up.This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a greenfield global data project, where you will have the chance to build solutions from 0 to 1, leveraging the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI while working with international stakeholders and teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify business insights, trends, and opportunities.Develop and implement Machine Learning models to support business and operational needs.Contribute to the design and development of data and BI solutions from the ground up using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.Work closely with international stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Fabric and Power BI features and functionalities.Provide technical and functional support to internal users for BI tools and reporting solutions.Perform data preparation, data analysis, and data quality checks to ensure reliable reporting and insights.Collaborate with Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders on global data, analytics, and AI initiatives.RequirementsDegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, with hands-on Machine Learning experience.Strong experience in Python and SQL, with knowledge of data analytics and visualization.Experience with Power BI; knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure is highly preferred.Experience in developing and applying ML models in real-world business environments.Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is preferred, but candidates from other industries with strong Data Analytics and ML experience are welcome.Why Join?🌏 Global Project Exposure – Work with international teams and stakeholders across different regions.🚀 Greenfield Opportunity – Be involved in building a global data platform and solutions from 0 to 1.☁️ Azure & Microsoft Technology – Gain hands-on exposure to Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Machine Learning.📊 Real-World Data & AI – Apply analytics and ML to solve real business and operational challenges.🤝 International Collaboration – Work in a highly collaborative, multicultural environment.The company has great reputation and offers a permanent position to the suitable candidate.
