Data Analyst - Analytics & Business Intelligence

Job Descriptions - Analytics & Business Intelligence·       Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+years of experience in data analysis.·       We are looking for a Data Analyst to manage, clean, and analyze data, transforming it into meaningful insights for business decision-making. ·       The role requires strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, with exposure to Power BI / Microsoft Fabric and Business Central ERP preferred. ·       You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely insights.·       Technical skills in Advanced Excel — lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation. SQL — proficient with joins, aggregations, subqueries and Python — basic to intermediate level (Pandas, NumPy) and Power BI / Microsoft Fabric — dashboard building and reporting. ·       Basic ERP knowledge; Business Central (BC) experience preferred.·       Data Management & Processing - Collect, clean, and standardize data from ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases. ·        Ensure data accuracy by resolving duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies. ·       Maintain and update databases and trackers regularly. Analysis & Reporting ·       Analyze data using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights. ·        Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric. ·       Automate recurring reports and handle ad-hoc analysis requests. ERP & Data Handling ·       Work with Business Central ERP to extract and manage data.·       Ensure consistency between ERP and reporting systems. ·       Support data validation and reconciliation activities. Collaboration & Governance ·       Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver timely insights. ·       Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at various levels. ·       Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure data compliance standards.·       Preferably immediate joiner.
