The incumbent will manage and optimise data assets across the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), ensuring data quality, lineage, security, and compliance with organisational policies and procedures. The role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement and senior leadership to rapidly build and iterate BI solutions in Power BI while maintaining consistency of KPIs and definitions. The role will also develop Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, connected to SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric and other data sources, to accelerate insight discovery and enable natural-language self-service analytics. In addition, the role will leverage Azure AI Foundry and its curated model catalogue to select, configure and operationalise appropriate ML models per use case (including feature selection, evaluation and monitoring), applying correct AI Lingo terminology throughout the ML lifecycle. Key Accountabilities Own the end-to-end analytics delivery lifecycle: intake, requirements, data modelling, build, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. Design and maintain Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse structures aligned to enterprise standards and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Develop and optimise data pipelines (ingestion, transformation and orchestration) to ensure reliable, timely, and scalable data products. Create, enhance and publish Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards and reports for Finance, Operations, Procurement and executive stakeholders. Conduct reconciliation and testing to ensure metric consistency against defined KPIs, targets and business definitions. Perform exploratory analysis and advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and improvement opportunities. Support Finance teams with ROI analysis and quantification of monetary impact for initiatives, acquisitions and optimisation efforts. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, technology teams and data scientists to set goals and align on governance, security and performance. Develop Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, integrating SharePoint/Fabric and other sources to provide conversational access to enterprise insights. Prototype and operationalise ML use cases using Azure AI Foundry models, selecting appropriate models and features for each context. Maintain data documentation (data dictionary, lineage, business glossary) and ensure adherence to data governance, privacy and security policies. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, model refresh failures and performance bottlenecks across the BI stack. Monitor external market and competitive trends, providing insights on product, market and share movements relevant to the business. Provide management reporting packs, ad-hoc analyses and executive-ready narratives to support decision-making. Build trusted relationships with business units to improve reporting adoption, interpretation, and performance storytelling. The responsibilities are not limited to the above and may include additional tasks/projects as assigned by the line manager. Job Requirements Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing complex IT projects and providing strategic business analysis.Experience with process design, process flows, and systems analysis is required. Experience in programming, RPA, or emerging technologies is a plus.Education:Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Preferred Certifications:Relevant certifications in business analysis, AI/RPA, Agile/SCRUM, and BRM are advantageous.Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), BRMP (Business Relationship Management Professional), LEAN/Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly desirable.
