The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, build automatized quality control tools and helping the organization improve performance through data-driven recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and ManagementIn charge to develop software tools to gather data from different contributors through multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and business systems.Clean, validate, control, and organize datasets for reporting and analysis purposes.Maintain data records and support data governance practices.Data AnalysisAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Conduct analysis to measure quality of contributors before the release to the customer.Support ad hoc analysis requests from different departments.Reporting and VisualizationDevelop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.Present data in a clear and visually effective way using charts, tables, and dashboards.Track key performance indicators (KPIs).Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methods.Contribute to the development of data standards, templates, and best practices.2.3.1 Required: Data AnalyticsStatisticsComputer ScienceAppreciated:Information Systems Management2.4 Software2.4.1 Required: Excel / Google SheetsSQLPower BI / TableauPython or R2.5 Languages2.5.1 Required: EnglishAppreciated: German/French2.6 Soft SkillsStrong Communication skillsAbility to perform and deliver in a challenging environmentMobile for short duration business trip
