If you enjoy solving complex business problems with data and leveraging modern analytics tools, this role offers both impact and professional growth.AccountabilitiesAs a Data Analyst, you will support reporting, business intelligence, and automation initiatives while helping improve data quality, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization.Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using modern visualization tools.Analyze operational, sales, recruiting, and financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance insights.Develop scalable reporting systems, data models, and KPI frameworks to support business growth.Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and business units.Build cloud-based workflows and automation processes to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate workflows, and support data-driven initiatives.Perform SQL-based data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.Support API integrations between business platforms and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.Document reporting processes, technical workflows, and analytics solutions to ensure consistency and scalability.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities and operational performance.RequirementsThe ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and a passion for leveraging data and automation to solve business challenges.5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Google Sheets.Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.Experience working with cloud-based data workflows, REST APIs, and data integrations.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar large language models to improve productivity and reporting.Understanding of automation concepts, workflow optimization, and business process improvement.Experience supporting business operations through data analysis and performance reporting.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline is preferred.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.BenefitsCompetitive compensation with weekly payments.Flexible remote work opportunity based in India.Full-time engagement of approximately 30-40 hours per week.Access to ongoing training, professional development, and upskilling opportunities.Continuous support and guidance throughout the engagement.Opportunity to work with modern analytics, AI, automation, and business intelligence technologies.Collaborative and supportive professional community.Exposure to a variety of business intelligence and data-driven projects across multiple business functions.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
