This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes leading key initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and guiding product or service development. The Owner will build and maintain client relationships, evaluate new market opportunities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Daily activities also involve mentoring team members, making data-informed decisions, and representing the company in external meetings, partnerships, and negotiations.Qualifications Strong business leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and long-term vision-setting.Proven experience in operations management, budgeting, and resource allocation within a growing organization or startup environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.Comfort with data analysis, financial reports, and performance metrics to guide business strategy and improvements.Experience in technology-driven products or services, and an understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant to modern businesses.Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and dedicate full-time attention to the business.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or prior entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic and fast-changing business environments.
