We are early, we move fast, and almost every decision here is settled by pulling the numbers.This is a 6 day work week role based out of our Delhi office, with 1 day of work from home.You should apply if you have:3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex analytical queries involving multiple tables, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.Hands on experience pulling data from third party APIs, for example ad platforms, payment gateways or CRM tools, and turning that into usable datasets without engineering support.Hands-on experience building business dashboards using BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business questions into structured analyses.Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders.The ability to independently manage ambiguous requests while balancing multiple priorities.An AI-first mindset and comfort using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity.You should not apply if you:Prefer repetitive reporting over solving complex business problems.Are uncomfortable working with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets.Need constant direction and struggle to independently navigate ambiguous requirements.Avoid interacting with stakeholders or translating business needs into analytical solutions.See analytics as just generating reports rather than influencing business decisions.Are resistant to feedback, learning new tools, or leveraging AI to improve your productivity.Prefer maintaining the status quo instead of building scalable, automated reporting solutions.Are uncomfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.Don't enjoy collaborating across functions or communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.Are looking for a role with limited responsibility rather than one that requires ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.Skills Required:Technical SkillsAdvanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, aggregations)Data analysis and business analyticsDashboard developmentData visualization and storytellingMicrosoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)Python for data analysis and automationUnderstanding of relational databases and data warehousing conceptsBusiness & Analytical SkillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinkingAbility to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysesKPI definition, tracking, and performance reportingRoot-cause analysis and hypothesis-driven problem solvingBusiness acumen across Product, Marketing, Operations, SalesExperience working with Healthtech, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer business metricsWhat will you do?Own the end-to-end lifecycle of business data requests; dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses, while meeting defined SLAs.Build and maintain scalable dashboardsConvert recurring manual requests into automated, self-service reporting solutions.Translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights.Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Brand, Marketing, Operations, SalesEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality across business functions.Support strategic business decisions through data storytelling and meaningful visualizations.What success looks likeDuring your first three months, you'll:Bring analytics BAU under control, with a median turnaround time of two days or less.Improve SLA adherence across stakeholder requests.Convert recurring business requests into reusable self-service dashboards.Improve dashboard reliability and minimize reporting disruptions.
