Whether leasing or owning, TecMax Digital focuses on creating environments where commercial success can thrive.Role Description This is a full-time Data Analyst role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources related to property performance, client behavior, and market trends. This role includes building reports and dashboards, performing statistical and trend analyses, and transforming data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operations teams. The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, support forecasting, and contribute to data-driven decisions on pricing, location strategy, and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve documenting methods, improving data quality, and supporting the implementation of analytics tools and best practices.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.Proficiency in Statistics for conducting quantitative analysis, trend forecasting, and performance measurement.Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and decision-making.Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with real estate or commercial property analytics is an advantage.
