Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform operational data into actionable business insights. This position combines business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data integration, light development, and enterprise application support to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.You will work directly with business leaders and technical teams to develop dashboards, automate processes, improve reporting, and support critical enterprise applications.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, and SQLDevelop and support ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, API integrations, and automation scriptsExtract, transform, validate, and analyze data from databases, enterprise applications, APIs, and external data sourcesTranslate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and technical solutionsSupport enterprise applications including CIS, FIS, GIS, AMI, OMS Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, Member Services, and ITEnsure data quality, governance, security, and reporting accuracyIdentify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencyQualifications2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Enterprise ApplicationsStrong SQL skillsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar BI toolsExperience gathering requirements and working directly with business usersStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of BI, Analytics, Reporting, or Application Support experienceExperience with:PythonPowerShellC#JavaJavaScriptXMLExperience with:REST APIsETL/ELT DevelopmentData WarehousingSFTP IntegrationsAutomation & ScriptingSnowflakeAlteryxCloud Data Platforms
