Right now, the risk isn’t lack of data. It’s lack of insight.This role exists to change that.You’ll be stepping into a highly visible seat where your ability to:connect fragmented data,automate reliable reporting, andsurface real business insightswhich will directly affect how the company performs and how it’s perceived internally.The Environment You’ll Step IntoData currently lives across three CRMs, with Snowflake as the source of truthA new CDP (Redpoint) is being implemented to unify and activate customer dataReporting today relies on SQL, SSRS, Snowflake, and Power BIThere are many stakeholders requesting data—and they need help interpreting it, not just receiving itThis is a role for someone who enjoys complexity and knows how to bring order to it.What You’ll OwnThis role is built around doing one thing exceptionally well:turning complex, multi-source data into insights and strategy the business can act on.That includes:Insight & StrategyIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities within customer, lead, and operational dataAnswer critical questions like:Where are leads really coming from?Are customers new—or returning from other services?How should teams adjust based on what the data is telling them?Data Infrastructure & AutomationBuild and maintain ETL pipelines so reporting runs automatically and reliablyReduce manual reporting and increase trust in the numbersAdvanced ReportingDesign and own Power BI dashboards used by leadership and cross-functional teamsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reportsStakeholder PartnershipWork closely with teams across the company to understand what decisions they’re trying to makeHelp non-technical stakeholders interpret insights—not just view dashboardsWhat Success Looks Like in 12 MonthsCore reports are automated, trusted, and widely usedTeams feel confident in the data they’re gettingLeadership sees analytics as a strength—not a bottleneckThe analytics function is viewed as strategic, not reactiveThis role has room to grow based on performance and impact.The Right Background Looks Like This2+ years of experience building dashboards and insights (Power BI strongly preferred)Advanced SQL experience (Snowflake required; SSRS a plus)Experience aggregating data from multiple systems or CRMsComfort working with ambiguity and imperfect dataExperience in services-based businesses is a strong plus (home services a bonus, not required)This is not a fit if your experience is limited to Excel-based reporting or static data pulls.Why High Performers Like This RoleHigh visibility and real ownershipDirect exposure to how data drives growth and profitabilityA collaborative, team-oriented environmentA business backed by private equity with a clear growth and exit mandateFinal NoteThis role is ideal for a Data Analyst who wants to be known for insight, influence, and impact—not just technical execution.If that’s how you think about data, we should talk.
