You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Audience Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across our content portfolio (e.g., watch time, completion rates, player retention, churn, streaming lifetime value).Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated, user-friendly dashboards (via Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for executive leadership, marketing, and production teams.A/B Testing & Optimization: Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results for digital marketing campaigns, UI/UX feature updates, and audience targeting.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Distribution teams to provide data-driven insights that inform content greenlighting, release schedules, and campaign spend.Data Hygiene & Infrastructure: Work closely with Data Engineering to validate incoming data pipelines from streaming platforms, social media channels, and ticketing platforms to ensure data integrity and taxonomy standards.Trend & Market Analysis: Identify broader industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging audience habits to support long-term strategic planning.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role (preferably in entertainment, media, streaming or consumer digital products).Technical Skills:Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions).Strong proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data cleaning, and scripting.Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with digital media metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention, Churn, DAU/MAU, CTR, Engagement Rates).Data Storytelling: Outstanding ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear visual narratives and actionable insights for non-technical creative teams.Preferred:Experience querying large data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.Experience with platform analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Apps Flyer, YouTube Analytics).
