As part of our continued growth, we are seeking talented professionals to join our team and help drive impactful initiatives that enhance our market presence and strengthen consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, validate, and transform structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality, reliable data.Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation.Design and execute advanced data analyses, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and regression, to support strategic decision-making.Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), delivering accurate and timely information to management and business units.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve business forecasting, enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, reduce costs, and optimize processes.Clearly communicate findings and insights to senior stakeholders, bridging technical analysis with business oriented recommendationsDocument methodologies, ensure reproducibility of analyses, and maintain strong data governance standards.Continuously improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytics efficiency, fostering a culture of data driven decision-making across the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.Strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel capabilities.Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.Solid knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data modeling techniques.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a strong advantage.Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of an established organization with a long-standing and trusted brand heritage.Work alongside passionate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.Enjoy strong career development opportunities and a competitive compensation package.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our HR team.
