Role DescriptionAs a Data Analyst at Finalto, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights through impactful dashboards and reporting solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making and help drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIAnalyse datasets to uncover trends and support business decision-makingWork with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirementsEnsure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in reporting outputsWork with structured datasets to perform data analysis and transformationsSupport the integration of data from multiple sourcesCollaborate with data engineers to ensure data is accessible and fit for analysisContribute to documentation and best practices for reporting and analyticsRequirementsDemonstrated experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insightsStrong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (mandatory)Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing conceptsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Databricks or other modern data platformsExperience in banking, financial services, or fast-paced, data-driven environments is preferred.Desired SkillsBasic knowledge of Python (nice to have)Experience working in an Agile environment Relevant industry certificationsPreferred QualificationsA degree in STEM or Computer Science.
