Data Analyst

Position OverviewWe are looking for a curious and business-focused Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. This role goes beyond reporting and requires someone who can identify trends, solve business problems, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.What You'll DoAnalyze business performance data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Build interactive dashboards and automated reports for leadership teams.Partner with HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to understand business challenges and provide data-backed recommendations.Design and track KPIs, metrics, and performance scorecards.Conduct root-cause analysis to identify factors impacting business performance.Create predictive and trend-based reports to support planning and forecasting.Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and presentations.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.Support business leaders in making informed, data-driven decisions.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Ability to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational metrics.Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Technical ExpertiseAdvanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookups)SQL for data extraction and analysisPower BI / Tableau for dashboard developmentData Modeling and VisualizationStatistical Analysis and ForecastingPython (Preferred)Data Quality Management
