Data Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, build interactive dashboards, and partner with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, transform, and clean raw data from relational databases, APIs, and flat files for analysis.Design, build, and maintain automated interactive dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and operational inefficiencies.Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract data and build scalable data models for recurring reporting.Translate business questions into technical data requirements and present clear, data-driven recommendations to management.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert stakeholders to significant shifts in business metrics.Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis and support cross-functional teams with data requests and validation.Establish data quality checks, document data dictionaries, and ensure consistent data accuracy across all systems.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting role.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating large datasets.Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Working knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python or R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
