WeDoData are working with a reputable FE College in South Devon who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Data Analyst to join their MIS team on a permanent basis. You’ll play an important role in transforming data into clear, actionable insights to help teams make better decisions and deliver positive outcomes for the college and its learners.What you’ll be doingCreate engaging, accurate reports and dashboards for a range of stakeholders.Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.Turn complex information into clear insights that support strategic decision-making.Help develop and improve the organisation’s data warehouse.Work closely with teams to understand their data requirements and deliver effective solutions.Support the management and accuracy of the Management Information System (MIS).Keep up to date with new technologies and analytical techniques.What you’ll bringThe team are looking for someone analytical, curious and solutions-focused, with a real interest in using data to make a difference. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences.Candidates with a relevant background working hands-on in data and MIS within an educational environment, particularly the FE sector, are highly encouraged to apply.
