Data AnalystKey ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and structure data frommultiple sources for accurate analysis.• Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop reports and dashboards usingExcel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for business performance tracking.• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations toprovide actionable business insights.• Performance Tracking: Measure and track key business KPIs, providingregular updates to stakeholders.• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales,Operations, Finance) to support data-driven decision-making.• Automation & Optimization: Assist in automating reports and workflowsto enhance efficiency.• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes,ensuring consistency and transparency.Skills and Qualifications:• Previous Experience: Proven experience in a data analysis role,preferably in a similar industry.• Excel & Google Sheets Expertise: Strong command over formulas, pivottables, data validation, and automation.• Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or GoogleData Studio is a plus.• SQL & Database Knowledge: Basic SQL knowledge for data extractionand querying is preferred.• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to derive insights from data andpresent them effectively.• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling large datasets and reporting.• Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to convey complex datafindings to non-technical stakeholders.• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how dataimpacts decision-making.
