Data Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will collect and clean datasets, build interactive dashboards, perform exploratory analysis, and work directly with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, transform, and clean raw data from relational databases, APIs, and flat files for analytical workflows.Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.Write optimized, complex SQL queries to pull data, construct metrics, and maintain data models.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify operational trends, anomalies, and performance patterns.Translate complex business questions into clear technical requirements and present data-driven solutions to management.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert stakeholders to critical shifts in core metrics.Conduct ad-hoc statistical analyses and support cross-functional teams with data validation and reporting.Establish data quality checks, document data dictionaries, and ensure data integrity across company platforms.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting role.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating complex databases.Hands-on experience building visual reports using BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Working knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python or R) for data manipulation and statistical modeling.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis toolpak).Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
