This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys transforming data into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decisionsWorking closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll develop dashboards, analyze business performance, automate reporting, and help improve operational efficiency. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building scalable reporting solutions, and influencing business decisions through data, we'd love to hear from youWHAT YOU'LL DO:Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systemsDesign and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or TableauBuild reports, queries, and data models that provide accurate, reliable business insightsIdentify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvementPresent findings and recommendations to Finance leadership and business partnersCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to develop KPIs and reporting metricsSupport forecasting, planning, and scenario analysisAutomate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errorsMaintain data integrity, documentation, and reporting standardsQUALIFICATIONS:Required:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience in data analyticsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetPreferred:Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, NetSuite, SAP ee6, Oracle, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, (Python, or R)Experience supporting finance or operations within a complex business environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
