Hiring: Enterprise Data AnalystLocation: Mumbai (Andher East)Experience: OpenEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Enterprise Data Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, business intelligence, AI-enabled solutions, and dashboard development, with a passion for solving business problems through data.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers using Power BI or similar tools.Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data to support business decision-making.Design and implement data models to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify trends, automate processes, and generate business insights.Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Build proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and machine learning technologies where applicable.Monitor data quality, model performance, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.2–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and data visualization tools.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, APIs, data modeling, ETL concepts, and AI technologies.Exposure to Generative AI platforms and Git/version control is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and spoken English.Experience/knowledge with: Front-end framework: Vue 2 or 3 (current Frontend ULD Control system)Charts: (vue)-Chart.js or Recharts or another JS Backend/API: Express.js or Fastify or Nuxt3Database: CosmosDB (ULD Control datawarehouse) and MS-SQL Ps: especially CosmosDB connecting to a frontend will be an advantage.
