Data Analyst - Onsite role Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to analyze data, identify trends, and develop meaningful reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualizations that drive operational and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to leverage AI tools and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics using business intelligence tools.Create executive-level graphs, charts, and visual presentations that clearly communicate business performance and support strategic decision-making.Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for management and business leaders.Partner with leaders to understand business objectives, reporting needs, and key performance metrics.Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics technologies to automate reporting, identify trends, uncover insights, and improve decision-making processes.Evaluate and recommend new AI and business intelligence solutions to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive business performance through data-driven insights.Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.Experience creating dashboards, graphs, charts, and executive reporting packages.Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.Experience supporting e-commerce, digital media, subscription, or direct-to-consumer businesses.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify, Stripe, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiencesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
