Role SummarySolverix Global is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex business data into actionable insights. In this role, you will collect, process, and analyze datasets across various operational domains, building automated reporting systems and analytical models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Pipeline Management: Gather and integrate raw data from internal databases, cloud platforms, and external APIs to ensure reliable data flows.Exploratory Data Analysis: Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, system gaps, and process bottlenecks.Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.SQL Querying & Optimization: Write, refine, and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts to extract insights and prepare clean datasets.Business Insights & Strategy: Translate quantitative data into clear, narrative-driven recommendations for leadership and functional teams.Data Quality & Governance: Validate data integrity, enforce data governance practices, and resolve data discrepancies across systems.Required Technical Skills & QualificationsEducation & Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with 1–3 years of hands-on data analytics experience.Database & Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining, aggregation, and performance tuning.Analytical Languages: Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and scripting (using libraries like Pandas, NumPy).Data Visualization: Hands-on experience developing reports and executive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.Data Handling: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and macro automation).
