The environment is collaborative, commercially driven, and highly stakeholder-focused.The RoleYou will work across finance, reporting, and analytics, transforming operational and financial data into meaningful business insights.Key responsibilities include:Collecting, validating, and analysing financial and operational data from multiple sourcesDeveloping and enhancing reporting solutions using Excel and Power BIProducing management information and board-level reporting packsBuilding KPI, profitability, utilisation, and performance reportingCreating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworksUsing DAX and Power Query to transform and structure complex datasetsSupporting business performance and investment analysisImproving reporting processes, governance, and data qualityWorking with data warehouse outputs and supporting reporting improvementsPartnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider businessCommunicating insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesYour Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Excel skills, including complex reporting, data manipulation, and reconciliationStrong Power BI experience covering dashboard development, data modelling, and reportingSolid DAX knowledge with experience building measures and calculationsExperience using Power Query for data transformation and automationSQL capability for data extraction and analysisProven experience working with large, fragmented, or multi-source datasetsStrong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skillsExperience delivering commercial, operational, or performance reportingAbility to translate complex data into clear business insightsExperience within a financial services, professional services, or consultancy environment is essentialUnderstanding of profitability, utilisation, performance metrics, and business growth drivers
