Job Description:Required SkillsProven experience in designing and delivering complex Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including data analysis, reporting, presentation development, and creation of business-ready documentation.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM reporting (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, SLA metrics).Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.Exposure to Power Automate and reporting automation solutions.
