The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analysis, and developing data models that help optimize operations and customer experience. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders, and continuously improving data quality and reporting processes.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools and techniquesKnowledge of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to business problemsExperience with data modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures and workflowsClear and confident communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiencesProficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficialFamiliarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferredAbility to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
