Data Analyst | London | Hybrid (4 days onsite)I’m working with a high-growth, VC-backed logistics tech company that is transforming how goods move in the e-commerce world. They’re looking for a Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured, understood and improved across their Last Mile network.What you’ll be doing:Own analytics around courier performance and fleet qualityDesign and evaluate experiments to improve operational outcomesAnalyse trade-offs between speed, quality and riskBuild segmentation, risk scores and performance frameworksPartner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering and OperationsTurn complex data into clear decisions and measurable impactWhat they’re looking for:Strong Senior-level Data Analytics experienceAdvanced SQLExperience with experimentation / A-B testingComfortable with segmentation, risk scoring and operational analyticsStrong commercial & problem-solving mindsetAble to work autonomously and influence non-technical stakeholdersExperience in logistics, marketplaces, performance management or operational analytics would be a bonus.If you're a Data Analyst who enjoys solving complex operational problems and seeing your work translate into real-world impact, I'd love to hear from you!DM me for more details or to discuss the opportunity.
